Our long-time collaborator Heidi is the soul of the house. She conducts the evening service and ensures that guests enjoy a troube-free stay at four-star Hotel Post Tolderhof. Heidi is herself a passionate hiker and wine connoisseur. In her spare time, she can often be found hiking in the Dolomites or, in winter, skiing at Plan de Corones.

Luis is our hiking guide and in charge skiing tours in winter. His office is the field in the fresh air; in summer, he shows hikers the most beautiful routes in the vicinity. In winter, Luis straps on skis and joins guests on exciting ski trips in the surrounding area.

Dora is responsible for all reservations and guest requests, a role she has fulfilled with efficiency and charm for over 10 years at the reception of Hotel Post. During her own vacations, she likes to travel around the world.

Our kitchen chef and his team, appreciated for the quality and range of his cuisine, as well as for his conviviality and generosity. As head of the cooking staff for over 10 years, he often shares recipes with guests and shows them how to prepare this or that dish. Like Dora, he is a world-traveller in his free time.

Our massage therapist and esthetician Suzanne loves her work. The spa and beauty treatment expert offers modern and traditional remedial massages and knows all the treatments, tips, tricks, and trends of the beauty parlor. In addition to her work, Suzanne is devoted to her family. She enjoys skiing and mountaineering, travel, reading.

Riding master Hannes oversees his realm, the Tolderhof stud farm. A patient, humorous riding instructor, he uses and adapts innovative teaching methods. In his spare time, Hannes competes in tournaments and car races, while also performing as a musician at fairs and festivals.
